● 100% hands-on coding, no management experience required.

● Provide technical and architectural solutions in a transparent and open environment.

● Guide decisions through code reviews and discussions following best practices.

● Maintain code quality, organization, and testing.

● NodeJS + GraphQL backend on AWS, React frontend.

● 5+ years of experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

● 5+ years working with React, experience growing a web app from the ground up

● Experience working within a team environment or leading a frontend team

● Knowledge of responsive web design and communicating with backend APIs

● Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
